Ms. Mimansa Popat

Ms. Mimansa Popat heads the Integrated Education Department at Prafulta-Matunga. She has crystalized her 20+ years of training and practice into developing training modules for mental health professionals, and setting up resource rooms for schools.

• Trained as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with the Federation of Human Enrichment, US., and assists Somatic Experience trainings in India and overseas.
• Trainer of Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), and facilitator of Group Work & Basic Trainings in India.

As a counsellor, Ms. Mimansa enables her clients to engage body and mind to make adaptive choices, and deal with their traumas, fears, anxieties, and phobias.
